Align Capital Partners’ (“ACP”) platform company Alliance Source Testing, LLC (“Alliance”) has completed its third add-on acquisition with the purchase of Air Pollution Testing, Inc. (“APT”). APT provides source emission testing (stack testing) and oil & gas laboratory services to customers in the western U.S. with offices in Denver, Salt Lake City and Anchorage.
Acquiring APT was an important next step for ACP who is actively investing in growth to build a national, best-in-class stack testing platform. Strategically, APT allows Alliance to enter two new markets in the West, while bolstering its current team in Utah.
