Align Capital Partners Announces Partner Promotions and Expansion of Business Development Team

CLEVELAND and DALLAS, February 1, 2022 | Align Capital Partners (“ACP”) is pleased to announce the promotions of Jack Parks and Matt Beesley to Partner, marking the firm’s first Partner promotions since its founding in 2016. Both Jack and Matt have been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth over the past five years. Additionally, Jeremy Wolf has been added to the Business Development team as a Vice President in the Dallas office.

Jack Parks was ACP’s first hire in 2016 when he joined as a Vice President in the Dallas office. Since that time, Jack has helped close 30 investments at ACP, including 7 platform investments and 23 add-on acquisitions, and he was also instrumental in the firm’s 2021 sale of Alliance Technical Group to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Prior to joining ACP, Jack was at The Halifax Group and started his career in investment banking at Piper Sandler.

Matt Beesley also joined ACP in 2016 as a Vice President in the Cleveland office. During his time at ACP, Matt has helped close 16 investments including 4 platforms and 12 add-on acquisitions, and he played a critical role in the firm’s 2021 sale of Pleatco Filtration to Pentair. Prior to joining ACP, Matt spent six years in middle-market private equity and investment banking roles, most recently at Blue Point Capital Partners.

ACP has also hired Jeremy Wolf as a Vice President of Business Development to support the firm’s growth in sourcing and qualifying new investment opportunities. Prior to ACP, Jeremy gained several years of M&A experience in various roles, including most recently as an Associate at Dallas-based Peak Franchise Capital. Jeremy earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business.
