The new brand signals a forward-looking vision, empowering clients — and the broader litigation services field — to Proceed with Confidence.
The new brand emerged on the heels of several recently completed acquisitions, including Court Record Research (“CRR”), Special Delivery Service (“Special Delivery”) and Rapid Legal. The acquisitions of CRR and Special Delivery expand Proceed’s service of process footprint in the Texas Market. Rapid Legal and its proprietary technology platform, LegalConnect, add to Proceed’s service of process footprint across California and e-filing capabilities nationally. With these new additions, the Company has now closed a total of twelve add-ons since partnering with ACP in October 2023.
ACP and Counsel Press remain focused on pursuing further M&A opportunities across process serving, ADR services and other litigation services. ACP team members Matt Iodice, Rob Langley, Joe Eazor, Matt Bowen and Sarah Mahosky supported the Company across these transactions.
