Experience
James Hambrick joined the Cleveland office of ACP in 2025. He is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives.
Prior to joining ACP, James was an Investment Banking Associate in the M&A Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he advised industrial and consumer & retail companies through buy-side and sell-side transaction processes. Prior to KeyBanc, he was an Associate a Silvercliff Partners and Height Capital Markets, boutique investment banks focused on capital raising and M&A advisory within the energy sector. James initially gained M&A experience and started his career at Generation Equity, a Dallas-based transaction advisory firm.

MS in Finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, and walking his dog around the neighborhood.
