Experience
Joe Vitale joined the Cleveland office of ACP in 2026. He works with portfolio company management teams on growth initiatives and investment opportunities. His areas of expertise include add-on acquisitions, pipeline management, project management and strategic planning.
Prior to working with ACP, Joe spent 20 years leading corporate development, finance and M&A activities on the management teams of both publicly traded and private equity backed operating companies. He led approximately 50 middle-market transactions globally over that time.
Joe has held key leadership roles at Ferro Corporation (NYSE: FOE), Delphi Corporation (NYSE:DPH) and PE-backed companies, including Excel Polymers, Brook+Whittle and Tranzonic. Joe began his career in banking with ABN AMRO Bank.

BA Chemistry from Vanderbilt University.
MBA Finance from UCLA, Anderson School of Management.
Personal
Outside of work, Joe is an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoys a busy personal life with his wife, four children and two dogs.
