Matt Sweet joined the Cleveland office of ACP in 2023. He is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and supporting ongoing portfolio company initiatives.
Prior to joining ACP, Matt was an Associate at Tecum Capital Partners, a lower middle market investment firm focused on mezzanine debt, minority equity, and opportunistic control equity investments. Prior to Tecum, Matt was an Associate at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and MelCap Partners.

BS in Finance from The Ohio State University.
Personal
Outside of work, Matt enjoys running, paddle boarding, skiing, rooting for the Buckeyes, and watching Formula 1.
