Mike Perloski joined the Dallas office of ACP in 2025. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining ACP, Mike spent three years at Kainos Capital, a middle-market private equity firm with a focus on growing businesses within the food and consumer products and services sectors. Prior to Kainos Capital, Mike worked as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors Group.
Education
AB in Economics with a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University, where he was a member of the varsity football team.
MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Personal
Outside of work, Mike loves spending time with family and friends, often over great food or live music. He also enjoys traveling, skiing, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies.
