Align Capital Partners’ (“ACP”) environmental testing and compliance platform Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance” or the “Company”) has acquired the air testing and monitoring assets of O’Brien & Gere, a division of Ramboll (“Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring”). Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring provides source emission (or stack) testing and ambient air monitoring services to customers throughout the Northeastern and Midwestern United States.
Located in New York, Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring strengthens Alliance’s presence in the Northeast, and builds upon the success of the Pennsylvania-based Blue Mountain acquisition in November 2020.

With a national footprint and more than 700 employees, Alliance has the geographic reach and technical expertise to serve a diverse range of end markets. This acquisition represents the Company’s 10th since 2015 and third of 2021. Alliance will continue to evaluate additional acquisition targets for its growing platform.
