Experience
Brad Mundt is an Operating Partner for ACP. He works with the investment team and portfolio company management on growth initiatives and operational priorities. His areas of expertise include hiring key staff, mentoring C-Suite members, strategic planning, new business development, organic growth, operations, and add-on integration.
Prior to working with ACP, Brad was an Operating Partner at another private equity firm with responsibility for four platform companies across business services, specialty manufacturing, and healthcare. During his time as an Operating Partner, Brad assisted management teams in developing scalable platforms. Brad has more than 30 years of experience in multiple industries and has served as CEO, COO, and CFO in private equity backed companies. Brad has also worked for global Fortune 500 companies.

BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
MS in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
MBA from Purdue University.
Personal
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his family. Brad also enjoys spending time engaging in outdoor activities.
