Experience
Dave Modi joined the Dallas office of ACP in 2022. He is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring the Firm’s investments.
Prior to joining ACP, Dave spent two years as a VP at CenterGate Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm focusing on industrial services, specialty distribution and manufacturing businesses. His previous stints include working at an AI-industrial startup (Corporate Development & Strategy), McKinsey & Co. (Strategy Consultant), Platte River Equity (Private Equity Associate) and Simmons & Co. (Investment Banking Analyst).
Education
BBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Texas.
MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Personal
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and friends, including his wife and their young son and daughter. He enjoys following sports and playing cricket and golf.
