Jordan Desjarlais joined ACP in 2024. She is responsible for talent acquisition initiatives and works closely with the investment team and portfolio company management to back and build outstanding leadership teams. Prior to joining ACP, Jordan was an executive recruiter at Bespoke Partners where she executed C-level searches for B2B SaaS/Software Private Equity-backed businesses.
Prior to Bespoke Partners, Jordan spent over five years with Denison Consulting where she supported a global client base on a variety of engagements including organizational culture and leadership 360 assessments.
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Eastern Michigan University.
Personal
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys staying active, listening to music, and spending time with her husband and two playful pups.
