Matt Iodice joined the Dallas office of ACP in 2017 and has since been involved in over 15 transactions at the firm including four platforms. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with the senior management teams of portfolio companies to execute against strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining ACP, Matt was at Saw Mill Capital, a private equity firm focused on acquiring middle-market businesses. Prior to his tenure at Saw Mill, Matt was an investment banker at Harris Williams & Co., where he provided sell-side advisory services for middle-market transactions in the business services space.
BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Outside of work, Matt is an avid Wisconsin Badgers and Boston sports fan. He enjoys staying active with his wife when time permits between raising their young children and herding their energetic dog.
