CLEVELAND and DALLAS, February 2, 2023 | Align Capital Partners (“ACP”) announced today that its portfolio company Schneider Geospatial, LLC (“Schneider Geospatial” or the “Company”) acquired the WebGUIDE Xtreme (“WGX”) product of Applied Data Consultants, a leading Geographic Information Systems (“GIS”) software solutions provider in Wisconsin. The acquisition expands the Company’s footprint within Wisconsin and further solidifies its leadership position within the Midwest.
The combination increases Schneider Geospatial’s customer base to over 700 local government clients in 28 states. The WGX portal will be integrated into the Company’s industry-leading Beacon™ SaaS platform and will become part of a growing suite of solutions that includes Beacon™, qPublic.net™ and GeoPermits™.

ACP acquired Schneider Geospatial in June of 2022 and this transaction marks the first add-on for the Company. Principal Matt Iodice and Senior Associate Aaron Lewis worked alongside Mr. Jones on the transaction.
